Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst push mower I've ever used. I bought this mower in 2016 when I moved into a new house. I used the mower twice before I began having power issues. I tried using a different gas which seemed to help. I tried taking it to authorized dealers for warranty work and they all advised they did not do warrant work on the push mowers because the engines were so poorly constructed. Now two years later, I'm still have issues and can't rely on it to mow my lawn. Worst investment and piece of lawn equipment I've ever purchased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Auto failed after second mow!! I bought the 300 hw and after two mows the auto drive reduced its pull by 70%. After two mows!! Now I’ve got to take it to the warranty repair center. Very disappointing. I bought a more reliable brand knowing that in spite of the high price, it would last a long time before breaking. I’m very disappointed with this mower.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Forget if it's wet I bought this mower to ease stress on my shoulder from push mowing. I also wanted more power due to a very wet and humid season. Unfortunately, it bogs down just like my old mower. It does start very easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY I bought this last summer, I wasn't thrilled with it from the first time I pulled it out of the box and used it. Just got it back out. I liked to never got it started after sitting all winter. But the worst part is the set up. The self-propelled bar and the bar that you have to hold to keep it going are movable and you have to keep it pushed forward to keep mowing. This movable bar makes it real hard to maneuver. It is a constant battle just to turn the mower at the end of the row. My back is so sore after mowing with it for an hour and a half I can barely stand up straight. Wish I would have took it back before I ever used it. Now that I used it, too late.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Oddly Engineered Having both Control handles combined, makes for an odd start. Have had to pull more than once to get mower to start. Cub Cadet namesake engine cover, keeps popping off because of extreme engine vibration, so I leave cover in shed(photo). Rear tires lose traction when caked with grass clippings, FWD is hard to control, I'm unable to cut in a straight line, mower seems to hop around.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Oil changes This is certainly the most I’ll designed engine oil drain I have ever encountered. It’s like the engineer must have decided no one changes oil in a lawn mower anyway so just don’t worry about the used oil getting all over everywhere,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great power This is my first cub cadet product. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one. It’s an awesome lawn mower. Makes the chore of mowing the lawn very easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This mower SUCKS! I haven’t even had this lawn mower for 2 years yet and it’s broken twice on me!!! I bought this thinking I would have a long lasting mower and I felt safe with the 3 yr warranty. Sooooo when it wouldn’t start and I returned it to the place I bought it from for them to fix, I was shocked to have to pay for the repair. The warranty doesn’t cover the carburetor and of course that’s why my mower wouldn’t start (and yes I drained the gas for the winter). I was lucky enough for it work the rest of last summer and 2 mows this summer and I’m back to it not starting again. Oh and it just stopped running in the middle of me mowing. So that’s fun.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst mower I’ve ever owned. Been using it for 3 years now. Extremely difficult to start, I don’t think the automatic choke is working properly and I can’t find replacement part for the choke assembly. I mulch my Bermuda grass and I have to go over the entire yard twice because it leaves lines of mulched up clippings, even if I cut my grass twice a week. I even replaced the blade with an aftermarket mulching blade and I sharpen it regularly on my bench grinder. If I bag the clippings, there is a gap between the bag and plastic shield that causes a direct stream of grass clippings to hit me in the face. I am so over this piece of garbage, I am currently shopping for a new mower.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from spits grass everywhere!!! We bought this mower at the end of last summer. This year, we've been plagued by weeds. Now that I've started mowing this season, I know why the weeds are so prolific. This mower is supposed to mulch. Except, everything I run over seems to spit right out of the front and back into our lawn. What's the point of a bag if it doesn't even catch it?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great mower! We've had this mower for several years now. The only thing I don't like about it is the side discharge has a flap that doesn't want to stay on. Other than that it works great and have had no trouble with it. Every spring it starts right up. It wasn't cheap, but it has lasted longer than the other cheap walk behinds we've had in the past. I recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great lawn more When I got it out of the Box I fought with it a little bit to get the handlebars straight. Then I put all in gas in it the 1st pool it's taught it right up acts for performance it works pretty well I'm happy with it somewhat I thought it was the rear real drive instead of the front would drive I'll probly check in to the rear wheel drive one....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks nice Got mine last fall. I was hoping to use it before winter but they shipped it way too late so I will try it out this year. Maybe I'll give it more stars. Looks nice though. I'll update later.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wheels on backward Bought this a week ago. Assembled it to find out the drive wouldn't work. Took it back to TS and was told cub cadet had the front wheels on backwards. So much for Made In America. Tractor supply gave me another all ready assembled one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from good untill it fails I thought the handling was good and enjhoyed the push button start, but it only lasted one year before it stopped working. The closes service center is over 30 miles away. Needless to say, I do not recommend a lawn mower that lasts only one year.
