COMMERCIAL STAND-ON MOWER

Commercial Mower Affected: Only the model number shown above, and certain serial numbers, (1C11MH70006) through (1G21MH70020) (manufactured between March 11, 2021 and July 21, 2021), are included in the recall. The second through fifth characters of the serial number identify the manufacturing date.  The second character is the month with A= January, B= February, C = March etc. The third and fourth characters are the day of the month.  The fifth character is a letter representing the year of manufacture. In this case its letter M for 2021.  Affected mowers were sold between March 11, 2021 and April 12, 2022.

Hazard: The safety concern is that the Inner Muffler Shield (703-25184) may have been installed incorrectly. If the Inner Muffler Shield (703-25184) is installed incorrectly, it must be reworked. If the Inner Muffler Shield (703-25184) is installed correctly, no further action is required.

What Consumers Should Do:  Stop using the Commercial Stand-On Mower and call your dealer to schedule an inspection and repair if necessary.  Free pick-up, delivery, inspection and repair.
