OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to persons who are legal residents of the contiguous United States and the age of majority in their state. Employees, their immediate families (spouse, domestic partner, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and step family members) and/or people living in the same household (related or not) of Sponsor, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Bazaarvoice, Inc., their affiliates (“Giveaway Entities”) are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

During the Entry Period (November 1, 2025, at 8:00 am ET through November 30, 2025, at 11:59:59 pm ET):

• Go to cubcadet.com
• Visit the page of a CUB CADET product you own and would like to review.
• Provide your product review as required.
• Check the box to enter this Giveaway.

Product reviews must:

• Comply with CUB CADET’s Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use and these Official Rules.
• Be in English and truthful in all respects about your use of the CUB CADET product.
• Not promote reckless or unsafe behavior or violate operating instructions.
• Not contain inappropriate or offensive language, disparage the brand, violate third-party rights, or reference competitive products/pricing.

Entry Limit: Limit of five (5) Entries per person. Entries must reflect personal experience and must not contain objectionable or inappropriate content. By entering, you represent and warrant that your Entry is original and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

3. Random Drawing

A random drawing will be held on or about December 1, 2025. One (1) Entry will be declared the potential Winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Entries received. An entrant is not the official Winner until eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has advised that verification is complete.

4. Notification / Prize Acceptance

Potential Winners will be notified by Sponsor via email within five (5) days after the drawing. The potential Winner must accept the prize by returning a completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) business days of Sponsor’s notification. Failure to respond or comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.

5. Prize

One (1) Winner will have the option to select ONE of the following CUB CADET® products:

Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Publicity Release

Acceptance of the prize constitutes the Winner's permission for Sponsor to use the Winner's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide in all media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization (except where prohibited by law).

7. Entry Conditions and Releases

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities and related parties from any and all claims, expenses, liabilities, personal injury, death, illness, property loss, litigation, or damages of any kind arising out of entrant’s entry or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Release of Claims (California)

Entrants acknowledge the existence of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code regarding unknown claims and assume any risk of such unknown facts and claims.

9. Disqualification/Force Majeure

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Giveaway if technical or fraud issues arise or in the event of a Force Majeure.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred. The laws of the State of Maryland govern the rules.
