A note from Cub Cadet about COVID-19
Dear Cub Cadet Community,
As a part of the Cub Cadet community we want you to know that the health and well-being of our customers and teammates remains our top priority. At the same time, we want to continue providing the tools you've asked for to help you make your outdoor spaces more enjoyable. So, we also want you to know how committed we are to serving you to the best of our ability. Every step of the way.
COVID-19 has had long-lasting implications for how people work and how supply chains function all over the world. At Cub Cadet, we continue to accommodate family needs wherever possible; provide options for employees to practice personal protective actions; and, maintain social distancing, reduced density and enhanced cleaning services in all locations, including in our manufacturing and distribution facilities. Even with all these efforts now a norm for people across the globe, manufacturers are working hard to overcome production challenges due to supply and labor shortages. The cost of commodities has increased and many materials used in consumer goods, such as resin and steel, have become difficult to obtain. As a result, many companies, including Cub Cadet have been challenged to operate at pre-COVID rates and maintain inventory to keep up with high demand.
All of us at Cub Cadet believe in bringing you the highest quality outdoor power equipment and exceptional service. We understand the low inventory we are experiencing as a result of these long-term implications of COVID-19 can be frustrating for you, our valued customers. Please know we are putting every effort into both maintaining the health of our people and producing the quality product you have come to know and love in Cub Cadet.
In addition to delivery options offered by The Home Depot and Tractor Supply, there are two options available to you on cubcadet.com in order to provide safe and seamless access of Cub Cadet products available in inventory: Dealer Delivery or Pick-Up. You can learn more about both options, and choose the one that best fits your needs, here. Either way, we’ve made the process as convenient as possible for you, just follow these simple steps:
- Order online: shop and order available product online. Select Dealer Delivery or Pick-Up when checking out.
- Delivery: If you select delivery, our dealer will service and deliver your unit so it’s ready to go on arrival. They will contact you ahead of time to schedule and will leave the fully assembled unit in your driveway or predetermined location. Your dealer will be available via phone or video chat to teach you how to use it or answer any questions.
- Pick-Up If you select pick-up, your preferred dealer will contact you when they receive your order and arrange a time. Give them a call once you arrive in the parking lot and they will deliver the product to your truck, trailer or trunk without you ever having to leave your vehicle.
Be sure to reach out to your preferred dealer to find out if they have modified store hours due. Due to overwhelming demand combined with supply chain disruptions, delivery delays and limited inventory is possible. Please be patient with us and know that we are working as hard as we can to process orders, produce quality products as quickly as is safe, and deliver parts and equipment as timely as possible. If a product is realized to be out of stock after an order is processed on cubcadet.com, customers will be notified within two days and refunded within four business days.
