Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really wanted to like it Bought it to save time cutting and it only cost more time. Bagging - it simply won’t bag. The grass gets clumped up EVERYTIME. Thought it was too high one time, thought it was too wet one time. Cut it absolutely dry and not super high still got stuck. Cutting - that wide deck is going to save time, nope, not when there is a gap in the middle of the cut and you have to go back over everything basically twice. The deck - on the left side of the deck it’s a perfect square. Meaning a corner edge, so if you have a fence, retaining wall or edging around your beds it’s going to hit that and jar you and kick you sideways. Should have been rounded. Caster wheels - work great, easy to turn but I have a fence and retaining wall so it won’t get in there right so I have to trim more. Bag to side discharge - I gave up on bagging but it’s crazy you have to use a tool to change between. And the clipping trim is cheap and bends back if you hit a small limb. Cut height - pain to change height, I cut a small lot next to me for neighbors and it’s a bit rough so I raise the deck. The only pros, the push start works great and the self propelled system does as well. Does kind of pop wheelies too much.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I bought this mower with high hopes - push button start, wide cutting width. For the money I paid I expected a well-engineered, solid product. What I got was a mower that constantly sputters and dies after 20 minutes of use, rarely starts up with the push button feature so I need to use the pull start, and has a side discharge chute that falls off two or three times every time I am mowing. I am disgusted with it and will be returning it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mower I went with the cub cadet cc600 because I have a 1/4 acre lot and didn’t want to spend a bunch of time on my weekends with a 21” mower making monotonous laps around my yard. The 28” deck made quick work of mowing. The caster wheels worked great and is a plus. If I had a gripe it’s that the drive control made it awkward to turn I’m sure I’ll get used to it. My last mower was a front wheel drive so it was easy to just pick up the front wheels and make a turn. Like I said it’s probably just a learning curve getting used to the rear drive. The next negative is the starter has to be charged the mower does not change the battery. I’m ok with this but wish they designed it with a self charging battery. The next feature I absolutely loved is that it comes with a hose to drain the oil that’s a huge plus for me as I maintenance my oil regularly. other wide cut mowers makes you turn the mower completely upside down to drain the oil which is unacceptable to me so an oil drain hose was a Pleasant surprise that I loved on the cub cadet cc600. If you’re in the market for a wide cut mower I would highly suggest the cc600 it’s a great mower at a more competitive price than the other brands.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really Good Mower I bought this because I wanted a larger mower to help cut down on the amount of time it takes to mow my yard, and I wanted a self propelled mower. This mower does exactly what I want. It takes some getting used to, especially mowing around different things in the yard. I think if it had a reverse gear, it would be perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wide cut path but.... i bought this mower 2 weeks ago, i have used it 3 times. I love the cut path of 28" but I've had a few problems.. 1) if the grass is damp or is too long the bagging tube clogs continuously. 2) the electric start doesn't always work I'm at a 75% rate of it actually firing up the machine. I love this function, I just wish it worked 100% of the time. 3) During my first mow the rubber sweep on the bottom of the mower came off and needless to say it was destroyed by the blades before i even realized what happened. 4) If the bag is semi-full the mower becomes back heavy and with the rear wheel drive kinda does a wheelie. Making an uneven cut that i have to go back over. This also happens when I go over and uneven area or hit a divot in the yard. My yard had a grade to it. so I don't know if this would happen on a flat surface or not. I do like the mower just a few things I've noticed since using it. It has cut my mow time down from 4h to 1h 30m, which i love.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from better finish cut than my hondas overall very happy with this mower , after taking it out of the box all the nuts where lock nuts all wiring neatly routed. I mow for a living in Central Texas so its in and out of a trailer 6 days a week and i live a mile of the main road so its bouncing around on my trailer on a dirt road. have been using it for 5 months and no problems , i use full synthetic oil , high octane fuel and have changed the air filter a couple of times. things i like about it : 1: electric start and caster front wheels , in 100 degree heat ,saving energy is big an pushing a button to start adds up , and with the casters just a push to the right or left turns it. 2: has a big metal transmission , not plastic like some lower end models that use the my speed style transmission 3: alum blade spindles , you'll see these same spindles on larger riding mowers made by mtd. 4: full metal large idler pulleys that you would find on a $5k plus mower 5: engine doesn't burn oil and it stays clean , the tolerances of piston and bearings must be right on. 6: this mower comes with mulching and bagging blades, i like the mulching blades because 95 percent of my customers are mulch mows and when i need to bag i use my honda. 7: very high quality cut because of deck design and 2 small little 14 inch blades buzzing around in there , high blade tip speed equals a better cut 8: quick change oil drain hose makes it neat and fast. 9: auto choke and throttle make it real easy for the home owner , for me thats not a big deal . 10: used the discharge chute a few times for high grass and does a decent job. 11: blade clutch shuts off the blades and engine still runs , if you have to pick something up on the yard. this feature is found on commercial mowers 12: air filter has a very good seal to the engine mount things i dont like : . 1. even with high lift blades for bagging the shoot will still clog at times . i guess if your cutting only an half inch of growth at a time it might be ok. i use it as a mulch mower anyway.. 2: since the blade spindles have gaps between them and the deck,( i thinks thats for cooling), grass gets sucked up in the pullys , belts and idlers and it gets packed with grass ... so i run the mower with the cover off then i can blow the grass out after each mow and help prevent cross contamination between lawns thats it, a great finish cut mulch mower

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow, excellent mower ! I am very pleased. Saved me 50% in time, not 33% as advertised. The 33% time savings claimed only indicates time saved in the 21" vs. 28" comparison compared to typical mower. This does not add benefit of faster turns due to caster type front wheels, fewer turns due to fewer passes, strong engine allowing faster drive speed and larger bag ( if you bag). I was thrilled and my wife was shocked at how fast I got grass cut. Great quality cut too ! I looked at Toro Timemaster 30" mower last year , but after seeing two neighbors with the mower leaving grass clumps, I was hesitant and did not buy it. Am I glad....CC600 only came out this year. Nice cut, no clumps , more manuverable ( Toro has conventional front wheels) and I believe CC600 has a larger engine even though 2" smaller cut. The only negatives I will add is that front wheel height adjustment is a manual process ( although I rarely vary cutting height anyway) and a charger for the battery for the electric start is NOT provided. It cost around $25 & had to be ordered. Battery charges during use, but needs a charge when mower sits a long time as in off season. Grass pick up with bag is excellent. Two sets of blades are provided...one for mulching & one for bagging or side discharge. BTW....CC600 is $200 LESS than Toro Timemaster ! Crazy !

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Bought this mower three weeks ago and was excited to use it. My lawn is fescue, about 3/4 acre. My concerns/criticisms are: 1. Gas tank should be larger, plenty of room to install larger tank. 2. Dual blades do not overlap, leaving a thin strip of uncut grass in the center of each path. 3 Mulching blades do not work, undersurface of mower clogs with grass, requiring frequent stops and clearing of the deck. Had to switch to high lift blades and side discharge. Tried bagging and was not impressed with the vacuum ability to send clippings to the bag. 4. Electric start stopped working after one week of use, fortunately recoil start is a backup, but electric start should work. I live in a remote area and need to depend on quality and craftmanship of my lawn equipment to minimize trips for repairs. I do most maintenance myself. Thinking about sending it back. Did not meet my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features on this mower I wanted a walk behind mower bigger than the standard 21" but not as big as some of the 33" mowers. This mower is great and it let's me choose between bagging, side discharge or mulching. The bagger is very easy to get on/off the mower and it has a large capacity so you are not emptying the bagger every couple of passes. Mulching is a breeze and its able to handle thicker and longer grass than other mowers. The electric start option makes starting the mower very easy. Folding the handles is easier than any other mower I've owned. Simply press down on the lever with your foot and the handles fold up. Much different than other mowers. This is a great mower and cheaper than the Toro 30" walk behind. Cub cadet shipped quickly when ordering through their website.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect upgrade for a home owner I needed wider and faster but didn't want to buy what the "land scrapers" use. This fit the bill! Not over priced, a lot of great features, this mower is a beast!! I upgraded from the club cadet 21" rear wheels drive with the caster wheels. I think the only thing I would change would be a larger gas tank...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Reliable I bought this mower about a year ago, needed something bigger than my 21" Honda mower. I live in upstate NY and I have a lawn business on the side. I used this mower every week to cut between 8 to 10 lawns, the mower is a beast. My customers where very happy with the cut that it gave. Negatives on the mower: Gas tank is to small, bad design on gas tank but got use to it When bagging, it didn't like wet grass, had to empty bag more often When putting bag back on, if it didn't sit just right, grass would fall back on to the lawn Electric start wasn't the best, by time I would get to my fifth lawn it didn't work, always started on the first pull Positive on the mower: Well worth every dime I spent on the mower, cut my lawns down by 1/3 Always dependable, really great machine Gave a great cut, I sharpened the blades every 2 weeks I cut aprox. 40 lawns a month with this mower, plus my own and never had any major issues, I wish I had bought the mower sooner. I had just got it back, had it serviced for this coming summer, other than a new plug, air filter and oil change, nothing else needed to be replaced. For the average homeowner this mower should last for years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time in half Going into my second season with this mower. It has taken my mowing time from 1 hour to under 30 minutes! I find it performs best mulching, but will also do a great job on bagging and side discharge. It is a nice heavy duty machine but with the personal pace feels like nothing pushing it through the lawn. Worth the extra money over a standard push, just to have less time mowing and more time enjoying the lawn!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed After reading reviews on dual blade wide cut mowers which boiled down to a choice between this mower and another brand, I chose to purchase this one, sight-unseen as my local dealer did not have a floor model.. I chose it over the other brand because it had the swivel front wheels (which work great). The first time I mowed with this mower, I had the mulching hatch closed and the mulching blades installed as it came from the factory. The mower deck clogged at least 3 times causing me to have to tip it onto it's side and clear the grass from the underside of the clogged mower deck. After I finished, I scraped the sticking grass from the mower deck with a rubber cake spatula and hooked the deck cleaning attachment to my garden hose and ran it per the supplied directions. The deck washer did nothing to clean the deck. My wife noticed that there was a line of higher grass in the middle of each mowing pass. This line corresponds to the gap that exists between each blade (the mower blades do not overlap but instead the mower deck is angled to compensate and theoretically makes the blades overlap when mowing in a straight line). Regardless, the quality of the cut is unacceptable. Besides the major clogging issue and poor quality of cut, here following are the major design flaws with this mower: 1) Gas Tank is Too Small, Fill Neck is Angled and Difficult to See into Tank when Filling (easy to overflow) 2) Adjusting Front Mower Hgt at Swivel Wheels w/ Cotter Pins is Awkward and Time Consuming 3) Underside of Mower Deck Paint Finish is Thin and Coarse Textured, Some Paint Wore Off During First Use of Mower 4) Underside of Mower Deck Not Sealed At Blade Shaft and Allows Grass Clippings to Blow Into Pulley Housing Above Mower Deck-Needs Clean Out after every Mowing to Avoid Accumulation and Future Corrosion of Mower Deck from Above. This involves removal of plastic pulley cover. 5) Converting From Mulch Mode to Bagging Requires Installation of an Unwieldy Pipe Assembly Mechanism and Requires Changing Both Mower Blades-Not a Quick Operation 5) Purchased Underdeck Spray to stop Grass From Clogging and Sticking-Does not Prevent Clogs with this Mower Deck 6) Too Many Thru Bolts on Underside of Mower Deck Trap Grass Clippings and Will Eventually Rust. 7) The Electric Start has run out of charge and won't restart the mower after the 3rd or 4th restart (after stopping and clearing the mower deck clogs). 8) During mowing, I've had the mower shut off after about a half hour of running for no apparent reason in the middle of mowing my lawn. It restarts and still has fuel when this occurs. On the plus side, the lockable Swivel Wheels are great for maneuvering around trees and making turns. The "Self Paced" speed control works well and is a nice feature but doesn't quite allow me to walk fast enough on long straight runs. The 28" Blade Cut would be fabulous if the mower blades were "Overlapping" and could provide a nice cut. Oh, and changing the oil was pretty easy with that Rubber Oil Change Hose Extension. It looks like a serious mower but has some serious shortcomings. I tried to like this mower and gave it a fair shake all summer (2017) to see if I could work out the idiosyncrasies but in the end, the poor quality of cut when looking at my grass after mowing is just plain unacceptable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice mower I've had the mower for a little less than a month and mower about 4 or 5 times. So far the mower works great. I planted new grass about 2 months ago and I bought this when it came time to mow it. I had grass from 3.5 to 8 inches in spots and it handled it no problem. First of all the mower takes some getting used to it does like to bounce around a bit but after a few times using it it's not a problem and I notice it's a little easier with the bagger on and it gets a little more weight. Mulching doesn't work that great for me right now but after my lawn starts to grow consistently all around it should work better. The side discharge works well with mulching or high lift blades but works best with the high lift blades. I read a few reviews about the bagging system that said it didn't work that great, I used it with the high lift blades and it worked flawlessly. I saw allot about the front adjustment having plastic wing nuts and the one I bought had metal but I don't know if that was cub cadet or whilfeils(family owned hardware) had replaced them cause I planned on getting them when I bought it. The motor does seem a little under powered but overall it does pretty well. The battery for the electric start does require consistent charging which is a little annoying but not to bad and pull starting it isnt bad at all either. Overall a great mower and hopefully it will last quite awhile

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Electric Start is Poor Quality Bought mower 1 1/2 yrs ago. At first the elctric start was fine. Then it wasnn't. As a woman, I am not strong enough to start it manually. Thought maybe I had a faulty battery, so I bought a new one about 2 months ago. Didn''t help the problem. My husband can start it manually after several tries, but the mower should start with the electric starter. Wouldn't recommend this mower based on my experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what you'd expect Received the CC600 with excitement - It's been used heavily for over 30 days now. Excellent balance between handle and body. That is where quality ends. Front spindle legs were not welded correctly, the right leg is raised 3/8" - makes some turns difficult. The electric start was a great idea for the first week. Then sporadically won't turn over and no trickle charge on the battery during running. Gas tank is a terrible design - side entry leaving almost a third of the tank empty. Run time on one tank - an hour! That is marginal at best. The plastic sweep / protector shield is already torn. As received it was set up for mulching. Blades were so dull, they pushed grass, not mowed it. IF you actually want this mower, get two sets to keep one always sharp. When mulching, the only time it works is if the grass is very dry and less than 1.5" above cut height otherwise you get a massive build-up in the cutting cavity which defeats mulching capability. Finally, when putting the balds into action, the 600 motor is almost too weak. If you move the arm too quickly, the motor will die. This is no where the quality, design or engineering I'd expect from Cub Cadet - I hope you're reading this to know my frustration in managing 3 plus acres.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good hardware offset by poor ergonomics Good: Great mower deck. Very solid engine. Twin blade & 28" is a perfect size. Caster wheels make going around trees and turning 180 much easier. Oil change is easy and does not require elevating the unit. Rear wheel height adjustment is fast and easy. Front wheel adjustment isn't a problem - wingnuts not withstanding. The handle flips up full vertical for easy storage. Bad: Either dealer or CC factor failed to install the drive belt properly. Unit would not propel until I saw the belt was never installed on the sheave. Cheesey front wheel wingnuts. Rocker arm cover showing oil seepage after less than 6 months. Contrary to what the manual says, battery needs regular charging. Maintenance section of the manual is very sketchy; most vendors include much more routine maintenance information. Ugly: Ergonics are bad. Tilted gas cap means you can't see the fuel level as it's filled. Myspeed is an ergonomic disaster. It requires the operator to apply turn and pull force to the handle through bent wrists which is a proven source of repetitive motion injuries. Even worse, CC put a big plastic obstruction on the handle where a handhold is needed for leverage. As a result this unit is unsuitable for commercial or industrial use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bagger I would recommend mower to anyone who isn't wanting to bag their grass. It takes me just as long to mow with my 21' deck mower as it does due to constant clogging of the grass shoot. Grass isn't tall, wet, or thick. It just clogs not stop leaving grass clippings on the lawn

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice mower. I bought from a local dealer so the mower was already set up and tested before I ever saw it. They also gave me a great deal as far as price goes, still expensive. It mulches nicely even in wet grass. I'd say it has enough power but more is always better. The My Speed or whatever it's called is really easy to use and beats the handles on a walk behind easily. It's heavy so it has good traction. The casters make it easy to turn. Starting is easy even when hot. The cut is nice and even with no clumps. For the size of the thing it's really easy to handle. The gas tank is a bit small but that's my only complaint so far. My best guess is it has cut my mowing time down by almost half.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good - Almost Great I bought this mower online thru Cubcadet.com in July 2018, and had it shipped directly to my local dealer. This eliminated the shipping charge. I only paid sales tax and the cost of the mower. It arrived in 6 days and the local dealer (Alex Power Equipment) unboxed and set it up. Totally unexpected but really appreciated. Initially, the electric start didn't work, but the folks at Alex Power found a wire inside the starter switch housing had detached, so again, great service. The first couple of times I mowed, I used the side discharge. It works well, but throws the clippings a long way - sometimes towards the neighbor's lot, sometimes toward the flower beds. So I switched blades and am now mulching and am very pleased with the performance. I do not plan to bag, but I may consider side discharge if the grass occasionally gets too long for mulching. I've mowed at least 8 times now and found that the cut is very even and I'm saving about 1/2 hour on my 1/2 acre lawn. Height is set at the next to highest level and will stay there, and I'd guess most will "set it and forget it" too. I like the fact that the engine stays running and the blade disengages rather than shutting off. You will appreciate the electric start, as the manual start requires a good strong pull. A charger is included, however I haven't had to use it since the initial charge. The swivel wheels make it very maneuverable, even for it's size and weight. I've found that the front of the deck can go right up to a tree. and it trims as close as the side of the deck. There is enough traction and power to climb hills and ditches, and handling is capable on inclines. I've noticed a bit of bogging down when the grass got too long, but not in normal conditions. On the one occasion when I was forced to cut wet grass, the underside of a deck was a mess and had to be cleaned manually, then washed using the washout port. However, cleanup is really easy if the grass is dry and this mower does excellent work in dry grass. The user instructions could be improved. Important information was somewhat buried in the manual, for instance, the need to change oil after the first 5 hours of operation. The pulley cover on the deck fills with clippings, and should ideally be removed and cleaned out every time you mow, otherwise when washing, you'll leave wet grass under the cover and corrode the deck. Maybe a hinged cover rather than removing 4 bolts? The gas tank as noted by others, is undersized, and the side filler location makes it difficult to fill to the top without spillover. In the end, despite some annoying engineering, I am very happy with this mower and would recommend it for those with up to an an acre. If you are considering a riding mower, you will find this unit easier to maneuver and taking up just a little more space than a conventional push mower.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY IF YOU BAG YOUR GRASS The side chute is defectively designed. I used to have a 33" walk behind and loved it. The side discharge chute led to a side bagger. It never clogged. With this machine, you will have to clear the side discharge chute after 20 feet when your grass is only 3 inches high. I have noticed that the side discharge chute pictured on this website is different than my mower (which I bought new in the last month). Perhaps there was a design change. Completely disappointed with Cub Cadet and my 3rd machine will be my last.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Takes some getting used to... This is so much larger than the basic 21" I previously had which is why I say it takes some getting used to. I didn't have a power wheel mower so the my speed is such a great thing to have! Yes, the bagger chute does occasionally get clogged, but that is with extra long grass or if I cut early and it's still damp. My only issue with this is the bagger design - it's only held in place at the top so this becomes a pivot point. The bag actually jumps around such that a gap is created at the bottom and I'll have clumps of grass falling out. This was particularly bad when the cotton wood 'fuzzies' accumulated on the lawn so these clipping just left long trails. I've actually used a clip to hold the bottom of the bag against the mower. THIS DESIGN NEEDS AN IMPROVEMENT. All in all, it was great upgrade.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not thrilled with it. Bought in Winter of 2017. Into our second season of mowing now. Seems to be strong engine and cuts well. I like the ease at which you can adjust the handle height or raise it for storage. The lever to engage the blade is cumbersome to use but I like the way the mower continues to run when you disengage the blade. It's a long mower and the front wheels stick out far which would be ok for field mowing but for mowing a yard with fence corners, shed, and patio. it makes cutting in the corners challenging. The 28" deck can make for quick mowing of the lawn except you need to stop and refill gas tank. If you notice the fill hole for the tank is on an angle which means you can only fill to the lower lip of the hole. This leaves a lot of empty tank above it. Seems odd to have a small capacity tank on a 28" mower. Mowing is mostly done by my son but when I used it the other day I raised the deck and realized all your doing is tilting the deck. The deck is raised and lowered in back but the there is no adjustment to the front. (picture attached) There is no question tilting the deck changes the height in front but doesn't seem to be significant. The other issue we've had is the cover over the side discharge warped and would allow grass clippings to blow out. It was replace under warranty but I suspect that it will happen again. When cutting, grass clippings tend to build up and push the shoot open and perhaps that's what causes the shoot to warp. (picture attached). With respect to the electric start, its a great feature but when you stop to refill the gas tank or empty the bag of clippings, (when the mower is "hot") it doesn't work. 10-15 minutes later after it has cooled down, the electric start works. I read another review indicating the battery needs to be recharged every 3-4 mowing but it seems to me this is not the case with ours because as I said it restarts fine after cooling down. The other thing I don't care for is you need to hold down the shut off button down for at least 4 seconds to kill the engine. This may not seem long but press your thumb on a table and count 1,1000, 2,1000, 3,1000, 4,1000 and you'll see what I'm talking about. Hope this review is help full.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good potential, needs improvements I purchased my Cub Cadet CC 600 from Home Depot on 4/1/2019. I opted to have the delivery made to my home address. Little did I know that I would be left with an empty full-size wooden pallet. My efforts to have the delivery driver return the pallet to the distribution center were unsuccessful. I ended up having to cut up the pallet in small pieces and dispose as household trash. Not a good start to my Club Cadet experience. Next let me say that I agree with all comments and constructive feedback from previous reviewers. The only issue not fully mentioned was the failure of the auto starter to fully engage. I found the starter shaft would spin freely but not engage into the gear that moves it onto the fly wheel. A little penetrating oil and manipulation solved the problem. Not sure if my fix was a permanent solution. The starter unit gets quite hot and related metal expansion could also be a factor. I think the CC 600 represents a good option for the homeowner with larger lot size. However, Cub Cadet really needs to follow up and correct existing deficiencies as noted in the reviews. The biggest negative in my opinion is the one-quart gas tank.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Auto start never works One of the worst mowers with auto start or push start.. never works then trying to manually start it good luck! Cab cadet support did not help any either all they would say is add a gas treatment which works for 1 or 2 time if that.. do not recommend you buy this mower cause of that issue you will spend 15-20 fighting it to turn on. This is my 2nd season using this mower so this machine is new

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good ideas and features, but bad execution I have had this mower since April of this year (2019). Initially, I was giddy with excitement to have such a feature-rich walk-behind mower. However, I quickly started to realize that the design is deficient and could use some serious re-engineering. Problems are: 1) as the bag fills, the caster wheels lift off of the ground 2) as the engine heats up, it becomes impossible to restart after a brief shut-down 3) the rigid plastic "stripe bar" broke off after just a month of use The reason I chose this mower was due to the many great features: - caster wheels - wide deck (dual blades) - push button start - variable speed (MySpeed)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Looking Mower that cuts well I have now owned this mower for about 2 months, I cut my own lawn as well 1 or 2 others as needed, this is why I upgraded from my Husqavarna 21" Self propelled. I have a John Deere X350 Rider with a 42" deck and it actually takes me 5 to 10 mins less time cutting my own lawn with having to go around all the trees, and gates with my yard, with very little trimming after as you can cut really close to trees, deck, fence, and other obstacles Pros - Price point is / was the end factor for purchasing - Heavy duty construction for homeowner grade walkbehind mower - Comes with the 3 in 1 Mulch blades, side discharge, and bagger - Saves time with the added width - Front caster - drives and steers like a shopping cart, saves huge amount of time not having to lift deck to turn - you can do 1 handed operation with the new self propelled feature of pushing on the handle while in treed areas - Gas consumption is reasonable it's about 1.5 hrs per tank (I run premium non ethanol) Cons - no throttle control for when the blade is not engaged - When mulching heavy lawns that are watered in the summer / early spring it leaves a line of grass like a haybine does (Does this walks normal pace or fast) you must let it go at a snails pace - you MUST have all 3 height adjustments the exact same height or else the grass cuts almost like a thinner pair of hair scissors - you cannot just drop or raise the back adjust lever - Bagger shoot clogs up, you have to empty the bag at half full or you have to take the shoot off and unclog and without throttle control your mower sits there at full throttle all the time. . - When cutting you cannot use the full deck, it will leave the outside blades of grass half cut and look like its cutting on an angle. - Should have the option for pneumatic (Blow up) wheels for better ground compaction / mower bounce over rough or unrolled terrain - Would like the charging cord to come with a removable end (like a trickle charger) so I could use my solar panel to charge the battery and not depend on 110V plug in. Added Option that would be nice would be the option to purchase it with a Honda, Kohler or Kawasaki motor?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great when it starts, poor warranty service I bought this a couple of months ago and have founding starting to be sporadic when using the electric start. I've also found that it often does not re-start when the engine is hot, such as when it stops if you run out of gas, re-fill & then try to start. I've had to wait 15 minutes or so & then it starts. When I called warranty service, which is done by third parties, in my case an ACE Hardware, I was told if it's a carburetor problem, not covered. So, I'm kind of reluctant to go in for warranty service, and, of course, why is it not covered? So, when this starts & runs, it cuts great & is easy to maneuver. But reliability is poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well built mower. Good mower. Like the features on it. Makes a nice cut and is easy to maneuver. Only negative I can about it is it is a little light in the front end. Nice wide cut.
