Instructions

Step 1 - Prepare your walk-behind mower for safe maintenance

Remove the spark plug ignition wire.

Step 2 - Set up the gas siphon pump

Unscrew the gas cap and using the Arnold Siphon Pump, place the orange tube into the gas tank on the engine and the black tube into a proper container. (This should be a clean, opaque container designed to hold gasoline until it can be recycled).

Step 3 - Prime the gas siphon pump

Prime the pump by pumping the handle three or four times. Once the liquid begins to flow, it will continue flowing without further pumping.

Step 4 - Change out the gas in your lawn mower with new fuel

Remove the Arnold Siphon Pump and add new gas. Be sure this gasoline is mixed with a stabilizing element like STA-BIL to extend the life and quality of the gasoline in your engine.

Step 5 - Prepare your walk-behind mower to begin using it after changing the gasoline

Replace the gas cap and reconnect the spark plug ignition wire and begin using your walk-behind mower with fresh new gasoline. Then, dispose of the old gasoline properly. Some auto or body shops or locations you purchased the gasoline will have a recycling service and will collect your used gasoline.
