How to Replace the Air Filter on a Cub Cadet Walk-Behind Mower

This video will show you how to replace the air filter on a Cub Cadet walk-behind mower.  Depending on your model, the instructions in this video may vary slightly. Always be sure to check your operator's manual for detailed instructions. 

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the spark plug ignition wire.

Step 2

Separate the air cleaner case from the air cleaner body by disengaging the projection on top of the case from the receiving slot on the air cleaner body.

Step 3

Slide the air cleaner case into the air cleaner body until it is securely attached.

Step 4

Reattach the spark plug ignition wire.
